Key responsibilities
Are you detail-oriented and interested in supporting effective financial crime prevention? Do you enjoy researching client information and resolving discrepancies?We’re looking for a KYC Operations Analyst to:
• prepare KYC documentation and gather the client information required to complete periodic and event-driven reviews
• collect and verify client data using approved public sources and confidential internal systems
• perform Customer Identification Program, SDD, BDD and EDD reviews in line with applicable KYC requirements
• review KYC records, identify inconsistencies and escalate material discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders
• manage assigned cases and deadlines while meeting agreed productivity, quality and service-level targets
• protect confidential client information and follow all applicable data privacy, information security and record-handling requirements
The team
You’ll be joining our KYC Operations team, which supports the maintenance of accurate and complete client KYC profiles.The team gathers documentation, verifies client information and performs due diligence checks. This helps the firm meet its regulatory obligations and provide a consistent experience to internal and external clients.
As a KYC Operations Analyst, you’ll prepare client profiles for final review by KYC Operations Reviewers and client-facing teams. You’ll also help identify, resolve and escalate discrepancies before a KYC review is completed.
Your skills and experience
• ideally 2 to 4 years of experience in KYC operations or a similar role within financial services• strong working knowledge of AML and KYC requirements, including SDD, BDD and EDD
• experience reviewing ownership and control structures for companies, funds, trusts, partnerships, foundations and special purpose vehicles
• strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to accuracy and detail
• ability to engage stakeholders across different locations
• the ability to manage competing deadlines, protect confidential information and work flexibly across required shifts
• demonstrates a fair understanding of Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) requirements and financial crime prevention frameworks
•you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
