UBS SECURITIES LLC is seeking a Graduate Talent Program – Global Markets in New York, NY.Are you an innovative thinker? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? Do you enjoy delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions?
We’re looking for a Graduate Talent Program – Global Markets to:
• Run risk reports, perform detailed profit and loss analysis, and design improved summary reports of key drivers of profit and loss.
• Hedge systematic and idiosyncratic risks based on the firm's permissible operational metrics. Follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to identify opportunities in the overall equity markets that can be translated into trade executions. Report listed and OTC transactions and positions changes in the trade book daily.
• Apply quantitative models in the pricing and options and forecasting of quantitative metrics such as Greeks and Implied Volatility to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stay abreast with real-time market data and news to filter into trade ideas, potential risks, and assist senior managers in providing informed recommendations to clients about the equity markets status quo.
• Provide pricing support to grow AMC and AMS initiatives.

Your skills and experience
Education & Experience Requirement• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field of study.
Position requires experience with the following:
• Black-Scholes; Greeks; Implied Volatility; conducting in-depth research and analysis on portfolio companies
• credit derivatives; equity derivatives; structured products and derivatives across asset classes
• CAPM Model; Managerial accounting; Financial accounting; Mathematical integration
• Knowledge may be gained through coursework, research, or teaching experience.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States-New York-New York min USD 125000 - max USD 150000 /annumThe expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
