We're looking for a KYC Reviewer to help us:
• Perform independent, risk-based 4-eye reviews of periodic KYC review (PKR) files completed by analysts
• Validate client identity, ownership and control, activity and risk rating against documentation and approved sources
• Review sanctions, PEP, adverse news and background checks, challenging rationale and escalating material issues
• Ensure due diligence standards are applied (CIP, SDD, BDD, EDD) and evidence is complete, current and audit-ready
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and referral comments to improve first-time-right quality and reduce rework
• Manage cases to agreed SLAs, partnering with business, client-facing teams and Financial Crime Prevention for signoff
The team
You’ll join the Client Services and Lifecycle Management (CSLM) team in Hyderabad, providing shared KYC services across Investment Banking Operations globally, covering periodic reviews, client maintenance and offboarding. As part of the 4-eye Approver team, you’ll provide independent review and challenge over KYC files completed by analysts. You’ll work closely with Business, Client-Facing Teams, Financial Crime Prevention, Risk and Operations stakeholders across locations to ensure files are appropriately evidenced and compliant with applicable policies and procedures.Your skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you bring:• 3–5 years in KYC, AML, CDD, periodic reviews, onboarding or remediation in financial crime operations
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge including CIP, SDD, BDD, EDD, sanctions/PEPs/adverse news and reputational risk
• Ability to analyze ownership and control structures for complex legal entities and interpret client documentation
• Sound risk-based judgment to approve, challenge, refer or escalate cases within delegated authority
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify material risks and inconsistencies
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership, integrity, confidentiality and stakeholder management
• Experience with KYC workflow/case-management tools; ideally Fenergo, Flowable and Tableau
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned to business requirements
