You’ll get to:
• support strategic transformation initiatives across UBS AM and IB by analyzing business challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping deliver tangible outcomes for clients and stakeholders
• apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to develop actionable recommendations and innovative solutions across AM and IB business projects
• transform complex information and data into clear insights, compelling presentations, and executive-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, support stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic priorities
Your team
You'll join Group Internal Consulting (GIC) Client Coverage Switzerland, a team at the heart of UBS's transformation agenda. We work with stakeholders across Asset Management (AM) and the Investment Bank (IB) to tackle strategic challenges, drive change, and turn ideas into tangible business outcomes. As part of a high-performing team, you'll gain exposure to senior leaders, work on impactful projects, and collaborate with consultants across UBS's global internal consulting network.Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:• is a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months)
• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date
• has no more than two years of full-time work experience
• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field; candidates from other academic backgrounds (e.g., Physics, Engineering) who demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are also encouraged to apply
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• enjoys thinking through problems in a structured way and contributing ideas and solutions
• is comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and has an interest in analyzing information, structuring content, and communicating insights clearly
• demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take ownership of tasks while seeking guidance when needed
• demonstrates excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing priorities
• has excellent German and English language skills

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge in banking. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
