You bring solid ecommerce management experience and a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, website management, online merchandising, digital marketing, and CRM.
You are commercially sharp and comfortable being measured on results. You care about sales, conversion, retention, and execution quality, and you know how to turn business goals into action.
You have a strong sense of ownership and are someone who looks for ways to improve performance rather than simply maintain it.
You are analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret performance, identify issues, and make sound decisions quickly.
You have strong leadership and team management skills, along with the judgment and interpersonal skills needed to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
You are organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
You are familiar with ecommerce analytics tools, CRM systems, and CMS platforms.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
