As a Creative Performance Marketer, you will join a marketing team with the mission of driving scalable customer acquisition across international markets through high-performing creative campaigns, conversion-focused landing pages, data-driven experimentation, and AI-enabled marketing workflows.
We believe the future of performance marketing lies at the intersection of creative excellence, data, and AI. The competitive advantage is not only in generating insights, but in rapidly turning those insights into concepts, campaigns, creatives, and landing pages that can be tested, optimized, and scaled across channels and markets.
We are looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, embraces experimentation, and is excited by the possibilities of AI as a practical tool to improve performance, accelerate production, and enhance decision-making. This is what you'll do
As a Creative Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing advertising creatives and landing pages that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will:
- Translate campaign, customer, and performance insights into creative briefs and new performance marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, messaging frameworks, and campaign ideas for performance marketing across multiple channels and markets.
- Create high-performing static, video, and motion-based advertisements for platforms such as Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
- Develop advertising copy, visual concepts, and creative assets using a combination of creative expertise and AI-powered production tools, with human review and quality control.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, creative iteration, localization, and workflow efficiency.
- Test different creative directions, audiences, formats, and messaging angles, and continuously optimize based on performance data.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Designers to ensure creative consistency while maximizing campaign performance.
- Adapt, transcreate, and localize campaigns, advertisements, and landing pages for different languages and cultural contexts, using AI-assisted workflows where appropriate.
- Design, build, test, and optimize landing pages within the CMS to maximize conversion rates and improve customer journeys.
- Run structured experimentation programs for creative testing, messaging validation, and landing page optimization.
- Translate performance insights into new creative opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Stay ahead of developments in AI, creative strategy, performance marketing, and digital channels, actively identifying opportunities to improve how we work.
You'll bring us these skills
We are looking for someone who combines creativity, commercial thinking, analytical skills, technical curiosity, and a strong ownership mentality.
You bring:
- 3 to 5 years of experience creating and optimizing digital advertising creatives, growth marketing assets, or similar performance-focused content.
- Proven experience developing social media advertisements that drive measurable business results.
- Experience building, testing, and optimizing landing pages with a strong focus on conversion.
- Strong copywriting and creative concept development skills.
- Hands-on experience creating both static and motion-based advertising assets.
- Proficiency with creative production tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and landing page builders.
- Strong experience with AI-powered creative and productivity tools, and the ability to apply them effectively throughout the creative and optimization process.
- Experience using generative AI for ideation, content creation, localization, asset production, testing, and workflow acceleration.
- A solid understanding of experimentation methodologies and performance-driven optimization.
- The ability to independently take a creative concept from idea to production-ready advertisement.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
- Experience working with international audiences and multiple markets is a plus.
- Experience within fintech or another regulated industry is a plus.
- A high level of English, written and spoken. Dutch, Spanish, or German is a plus.
