Your tasks
- Defining, maintaining and communicating the product and process vision for the catalogue application in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives;
- Creating, owning and prioritizing the product backlog according to business value, customer benefit, technical requirements and operational needs;
- Defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria before sprint planning, organizing meaningful estimations, and obtaining team commitment for the sprint backlog;
- Acting as the main interface between stakeholders, users and the delivery team; managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring transparency on priorities, deliverables and product progress;
- Driving a user-centric catalogue experience, including the provision of clear documentation, guidance and best practices for the use of integration technologies;
- Identifying process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities and initiating solutions that improve efficiency, reliability and user experience;
- Ensuring stable product operations in line with applicable service-level agreements, IT security guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Taking responsibility for the product’s return on investment, budget planning, PI Planning, QBRs and OKRs;
- Recognizing risks and upcoming issues early, assess their wider impact, and developing sustainable and innovative solutions together with the team and stakeholders;
- Supporting organizational enablement activities such as training materials, workshops and communication for teams using the catalogue application.
Your Profile
- Experience in agile methods Scrum and Kanban, incl. the jobs and responsibilities for the different roles in an agile organization;
- Ability to develop product vision and roadmap, managing and prioritizing backlogs, and making product decisions based on business value;
- Ability to set priorities and balance customer needs, business value, technical constraints and operational requirements;
- Strong coordination skills in cross-functional and international team environments. Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Ability to analyze processes, identifying improvement opportunities and defining clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria;
- Experience in IT projects and/or IT operations management in complex IT environments;
- Ability to drive user-centric design and clear presentation of integration technologies; familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
- General understanding of software-development processes and architectural concepts.
- Understanding of integration concepts, knowledge of APIs, Kafka and related integration technologies will be an advantage;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- University degree in IT or relevant.

We are seeking a motivated Product Owner for an application serving as a centralized catalogue for existing integration technologies. The catalogue application enables developers and teams across the organization to discover, consume and provide integration technologies, supporting the delivery of robust, efficient and governed integrations.
