Associate Analyst - Business Operation Support – Hyderabad
Join our team of dedicated enabling area professionals in Deloitte US’ organization in India (USI) who support global teams. The USI Supporting Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) from the Extended Delivery Centre (EDC) in USI. The USI based Business Operation Support teams supporting the engagement management across all service lines. The Associate Analyst role will support the Resource Manager’s group. The primary function of this role will be liaison with internal customers and supporting them with Scheduling Management related requests and tasks.
Work you’ll do
As a part of this team, you will be involved with the following:
· Work on scheduling of resources for Audit & Assurance activities (e.g., Stock counts) that are performed at client site by understanding the specific requirements and following the standard operating procedures.
· Support the Resource Management teams to update schedules of practitioners and related activities using scheduling & forecasting tool.
· Assist the Resource Management teams with mandatory Learning course creation and enrolments for practitioners on the Learning portal.
· Liaise effectively to build relationships with multiple Resource Management teams, Learning support team, stakeholders, and other key contacts.
· Coordinate and assisting on creating VDI accounts.
· Chasing employees to complete one of their mandatory compliances trainings
· Maintain reference documents like central stock count request tracker, contact information, weekend availability of practitioners, Learning enrolments tracker etc.
· Work on adhoc tasks as requested by the Resource Managers like updating leaves, exams, client bookings, create practitioner profiles, amend traits etc. in the scheduling tool.
· Develop strong knowledge on various regions, office locations and business units to better understand client requirements and assist.
· Always ensure accuracy, clarifying issues within team prior to delivery as appropriate.
· Collaborate with team to ensure service level agreements are met.
· Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure.
· Escalate more complex queries.
· Take responsibility for keeping up to date on Deloitte policy and process developments.
· Always ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation.
· Contribute to wider projects and initiatives in the Practice Support Services as required.
The team
The USI team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications
Required:
· Any Graduate degree

Preferred skills:
· Knowledge on Microsoft Office packages is essential with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
· Proficient English communication (both Verbal and Written).
· Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
