Job Description Summary

The Operations Consultant leads mass account transfer conversions and department initiatives, serving as the primary project manager responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of successful outcomes.
The consultant applies operational expertise, critical thinking, and project management skills to identify risks, evaluate solutions, coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups, and deliver successful results. This role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Licenses & Certifications

Education

Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Finance, High School (HS) (Required)

Work Experience

General Experience - 6 to 10 years

Certifications

s99 - Operations Professional Examination - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Less than 25%
