As an AML Sanctions Advisor Sr within PNC's Anti-Money Laundering Strategy organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Birmingham, AL, Raleigh, NC or Tampa, FL.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between business partners and technology teams, identifying automation opportunities, driving process improvement efforts, and overseeing the performance and effectiveness of automated solutions.

The successful candidate will function as a program manager for automation initiatives, helping to prioritize opportunities, coordinate development efforts, and ensure bots are delivering expected business value. This individual will play a critical role in expanding automation capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the ongoing management of the RPA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into automated solutions using RPA tools and related technologies.
• Manage automation initiatives throughout the lifecycle, from opportunity intake and business case development through implementation and post-production support.
• Monitor bot performance, utilization, and operational health to ensure automated processes are functioning effectively and meeting business expectations.
• Analyze automation results, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, automation inventories, and performance metrics.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolution efforts for automation-related issues.
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance activities associated with automated processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing workflows and recommending process optimization opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications
• Experience supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA), process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere and other related tools.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Strong project or program management skills, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and automation architecture concepts.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Understanding of process governance, controls, and risk management.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $112,000.00 – $228,800.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
