MISSION
The P2B Production Process Improvement contributes to the efficiency and scalability of the Pricing to Billing function by supporting production activities, analysing operational data, maintaining controls and developing reporting and automation solutions.
The role combines operational support, data analysis and process improvement responsibilities to help improve productivity, data quality and operational excellence across the P2B value chain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Support
- Support production activities, pricing investigations and implementation follow-up.
- Assist in monitoring activities and issue resolution.
- Support onboarding and remediation initiatives across countries.
- Contribute to the maintenance of operational documentation and procedures.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce operational reports and dashboards.
- Maintain existing tools and dashboards.
- Analyse pricing, billing and production data.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise operational processes.
- Support the development of automation solutions and reporting tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the P2B function.
- Support testing and deployment of new operational solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Studies
Bachelor Degree in:
- Business/ Data Analytics
- Economics/ Finance
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience in reporting, operations, analytics or process improvement.
- Banking or financial services experience.
