Job Description

As the Portfolio Management Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for assisting the Investment Counsellor/Portfolio Manager to track/write new and updated Investment Policy Statements (IPS) for clients and record/arrange/prepare for client wealth planning meetings. Other responsibilities include being responsible for the preparation of client meetings, responding to general client enquiries and preparing presentations/marketing material for clients and prospects.

The expected salary range for the above position is $55,000 - 85,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.


This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
