Job Description Summary

The IT Director of Financial Systems is a senior technology leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise financial platforms. This role will lead critical finance technology domains including Enterprise Performance Management (Planning, Budgeting, Consolidations & Reporting) and Financial ERP (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Revenue Management, and Billing, ensuring scalable, efficient, and compliant financial operations.
This position serves as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership and collaborates closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to drive alignment, innovation, and transformation across the organization.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.
