A Day in the Life
You lead the online and offline (O+O) category go-to-market strategy, reporting directly to the Category Leader. You turn divisional ambitions into retailer-ready activation plans that drive sell-out and category growth.
- Shape the multi-brand O+O go-to-market strategy, defining sell-out targets and market share roadmaps by retailer.
- Build the master assortment and promotional frameworks, setting clear trade guidelines tailored to channel and customer dynamics.
- Direct major product launch plans and hero SKU animations using shopper marketing levers, promotional events, and point-of-sale visibility.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers to pitch commercial activation plans directly to retail partners with compelling selling stories.
- Collaborate transversally with Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, E-Commerce, and Merchandising to balance resources across brands.
We Are Looking For
You bring strategic vision and commercial sharpness, combining shopper insights with trade marketing execution. You bring:
- Category Growth Management: Proven expertise in driving category expansion and steering cross-brand trade strategies.
- Business Relationship Management: Strong track record co-creating activation plans with key retailers and leading commercial conversations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: High proficiency in translating market share data, sell-out analytics, and shopper insights into action.
- Assortment & Merchandising Optimization: Solid capability in building master range plans and defining tailored promotional guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Agility to align cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising behind shared targets.
