What You'll Do
As an Accounting & Reporting Expert I, you will join the Cost Invoicing and Recharges Services Circle within Global Finance Services, supporting finance operations across APAC, Europe, and the United States. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial operations while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes.
- Acting as a key point of contact for country stakeholders and supported teams.
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, billing, payment execution, and reconciliations.
- Supporting month-end close activities, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparing and maintaining operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Supporting compliance, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to AI adoption and digital transformation projects within Finance.
- Building strong relationships with global stakeholders and service partners.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, controls, and reconciliations.
- Experience using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
- Exposure to automation, robotics process automation (RPA), AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Project or process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting international finance operations.
