• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or retail administration, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP software, and MS Office / Excel. • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
