Senior Payroll Consultant - 12 months fixed term contract

ING · Sydney, Australia · Australia

Senior Payroll Consultant senior · Human Resources

At ING, we're passionate about helping Australians get ahead, and that starts with creating an exceptional experience for our people.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant to join our Payroll team and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant and customer-focused payroll services for more than 2,200 employees. With shared responsibility for the end-to-end fortnightly payroll process, you'll ensure our people are paid accurately and on time while contributing to a seamless employee experience.

This is far more than a payroll processing role. As a trusted payroll subject matter expert, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance processes, improve operational efficiency and maintain compliance within a complex payroll environment.

Working closely with our payroll provider, ADP, alongside Workday and the broader People & Culture team, you'll have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, influence meaningful change and help shape the future of payroll operations at ING.

If you're passionate about solving complex problems, finding smarter ways of working and making a tangible impact, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's leading digital banks and take the next step in your payroll career within a collaborative and flexible environment.

Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract
