MISSION STATEMENT:
- Optimizing Route-to-Market (RTM) investment efficiency, leading cost-saving & process improvement initia-tives, and ensuring accurate financial closing & payable management.
- Act as a commercial business partner to the sales team, leveraging data insights to maximize ROI and ensure compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payable Management, Discount Analysis & Reporting
- Oversee channel commercial payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of investment contracts, including template standardization, new con-tract profitability analysis and commitment tracking.
- Investment Efficiency & Performance Review
- Analyse investment profitability and achievement rates across multiple dimensions. Conduct in-depth reviews of RTM investment efficiency for diversified channels to maximize ROI.
- Lead regular business reviews with sales stakeholders, providing data-driven insights on spend effectiveness.
- Track investment savings initiatives to quantify financial impact and process improvements.
- Manage and optimize RTM payment strategies by analyzing discrepancies between shipment and channel activation data.
- Participate in formulating investment guideline and discussion.
- Financial Closing & Compliance
- Execute monthly closing activities for accruals and payable balance review.
- Ensure all contract and payment processes adhere to internal control policies and audit re-quirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin; French could be a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in commercial finance, with a strong focus on trade investment management. Background in FMCG is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines during monthly/quarterly closing cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
