A Day in the Life
This role sits at the strategic center of our Nordic CDMO team in Copenhagen, reporting directly to the Head of Consumer & Market Insights (CMI). In this position, you will lead the strategic steering of our market knowledge, where high-stakes, data-driven decisions meet deep consumer closeness and market sensitivity.
As the Nordic Consumer Insights Manager, you are fully equipped and empowered to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies across all four divisions. Operating within our agile, high-trust environment, you will drive operational excellence, identify market opportunities, and lead our transition into AI-driven consumer research. This is a highly transversal role where your strategic insights and collaborative leadership will directly influence our market competitiveness and profitable growth.
Your main responsibilities will be gathered into these key areas:
- Strategic Market Insights & White Space Identification: Connect the dots across multiple data sources to uncover deep market & category trends, identifying untapped growth opportunities in the Nordic market.
- Divisional Business Partnering: Act as a trusted strategic partner for Divisional leads and Marketing teams, translating research and insights into concrete go-to-market strategies.
- Data & Analytics Governance: Run advanced market and consumer analyses, leveraging Excel and Power BI to deliver clear, structured, and high-impact presentations to senior leadership.
- Tech & AI Integration: Continuously onboard, test, and champion next-generation AI tools and digital methodologies to modernize our consumer research capabilities.
We Are Looking For

- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience combining consumer insights with a strong brand marketing or business background within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or the beauty industry. While a pure research background is not sufficient, experience working closely with CMI teams and a strong understanding of go-to-market dynamics is a must.
- Systems & Digital Agility: Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Power BI is highly preferred. You bring natural curiosity and learning agility to embrace next-generation technologies and AI.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Key Interpersonal Traits: A curious, structured, and positive mindset with strong presentation skills and a collaborative approach to partner with diverse stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
