Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Knowledge of automation technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, robotic process automation (RPA), or similar workflow automation platforms
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript is preferred
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query, or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of databases, data integration concepts, application programming interfaces (APIs), and data transformation techniques is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technology-focused field
- Candidates ideally graduating in 2028
- Anticipated Start Date: March 2027
Responsibilities
Support Finance Automation and Emerging Technology initiatives through process automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation projects.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation technologies
- Support the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing automation workflows and digital solutions
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to strategic transformation efforts
- Participate in the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI and other reporting platforms
- Assist in data collection, validation, transformation, and reporting activities supporting Finance and operational processes
- Support the implementation and testing of artificial intelligence-powered solutions, including Copilot-based experiences, AI Agents, and other emerging technologies
- Help create technical documentation, process maps, user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials to support team knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Participate in automation, AI, and analytics initiatives, researching emerging technologies and driving continuous improvement through innovative solutions.
