• 1-3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail. • Strong hands-on experience executing visual merchandising in a store environment. • Experience supporting high-volume or flagship locations is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and visual execution standards. • Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness. • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Strong ability to lead by example and influence without direct authority • Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences • High level of adaptability, ownership, and accountability • Technologically proficient; comfortable using retail systems and reporting tools (Microsoft PowerPoint) • Proficiency in mobile photo editing. Work Schedule:  The Visual Merchandising Team Lead – New York Fifth Ave Boutique follows a standard Monday to Friday schedule. However, due to the nature of the business, the position requires flexibility and agility, including availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to support key business priorities. The role may also require additional hours with short notice during critical periods such as store events, seasonal window rollouts, and seasonal floor sets.
