“Equus Tribe” * is an IT department/Tribe which develops and deploys mainly three tools
a Core Leasing System solution called Drive in the G4 (France, Italy, Spain, UK)
a Flex solution called MonOffre in the G4 (France, Italy, Spain, UK)
an insurance solution called Cleva (software package) in France
Position Purpose:
Job Summary
The Senior DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for defining and operating the DRIVE DevOps ecosystem.
They will drive the implementation of modern CI/CD practices, deployment automation, security controls, infrastructure as code, platform observability, and release management processes.
The successful candidate will act as a DevOps expert supporting all DRIVE squads while contributing to the modernization of the application landscape and platform architecture.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Own and manage the DRIVE CI/CD ecosystem
- Design, build and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines
- Automate application build, testing, deployment and rollback processes
- Improve deployment reliability, release frequency and lead time
- Define and enforce DevOps and DevSecOps standards across DRIVE squads
- Support production stability through automation and operational excellence
- Identify technical risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle
Contributing Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Development, Security, infrastructure and Architecture teams
- Support DRIVE modernization initiatives including cloud-native and container-based deployments
- Define deployment patterns and engineering best practices
- Improve software quality through automated quality gates and testing
- Contribute to technical governance within the Technical Design Authority
- Support release management and environment management activities
- Promote DevOps culture and engineering excellence across teams

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins or equivalent tools
- Automate environment provisioning and configuration management
- Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Integrate security controls into delivery pipelines
- Automate vulnerability scanning and compliance checks
- Implement deployment strategies and release automation
- Improve monitoring, logging and observability capabilities
- Support root cause analysis and incident resolution activities
- Define platform KPIs and engineering metrics
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
- Evaluate emerging technologies and DevOps best practices
- Coach development teams on DevOps and DevSecOps practices
Specific Qualifications:
