About the Role
We're excited to offer a 6-month Fixed Term Contract for an Individual Sales Consultant within our Business Development team, with the opportunity to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales and quotation enquiries, providing a positive and professional experience for every customer.
- Help prospective members understand their healthcare options and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
- Convert sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Proactively follow up on leads within agreed service levels.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communications.
- Support initiatives designed to grow our individual membership business.
- Participate in training and quality programmes to continually develop your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and leaders to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Ideally 2-3 years' experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another customer-focused industry would be advantageous.
- A commitment to maintaining professional and regulatory standards.
