What will your typical day look like?As a valued member of the team, you’ll provide administrative support with professionalism and keen attention to detail. Working closely with internal and external teams across the business, you’ll help streamline and execute clerical and general administrative tasks. You can expect to:
- Help coordinate and provide day-to-day administrative support, including documentation, filling, meeting and travel logistics, finance support and compliance related tasks.
- Learn and leverage new tools and technologies to optimize operational workflows and improve task coordination.
- Build your analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, to ensure service excellence.
- Engage in well-being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programs aligned with Deloitte's Shared Values.

Our Business Operations team provides a variety of centralized internal support and administrative services to support our business.
You are someone with:
- A high school diploma or certificate; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative role; experience in a professional customer service role in a large organization is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
