Within the Customer Care team at the Dermatological Beauty Division, you will contribute to evolving our service model from a transactional approach towards a true partnership relationship with our clients.
This internship combines a strong project dimension, the possibility of building new tools and services, direct exposure to client challenges, as well as an indispensable operational immersion to understand our environment from end to end.
You will also be at the heart of transformation projects: new features of our working tools, improvement of management and customer experience, and appropriation of the Group solution, NEO.

The profile we are looking for :
We are looking above all for a high-energy, curious, structured profile capable of driving subjects forward with autonomy.
- Student in Master 2 / Bac+4-5, in engineering school, business school or university, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Data, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Very strong mastery of Excel indispensable: data analysis, pivot tables, data search, file structuring and creation of clear reportings.
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL is a real plus.
- At ease with data, you know how to go from a numerical observation to a concrete recommendation.
- Proactive, rigorous and solution-oriented, you like to build, test and improve.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to mobilize different stakeholders and move forward in a cross-functional environment.
- A first knowledge of an ERP, WMS or TMS would be appreciated.
Your missions
- Project: Define and Deploy the differentiating and value-added Services expected by our various clients – 60% of the Internship
- Define customer needs through data analysis (disputes, contacts, Supply KPIs, satisfaction questionnaires and verbatims).
- Build the Roadmap of our Value-Added Services (axes: Operational Excellence, Simplification and Digitalization & Premium Customer Services).
- Lead one or more projects identified in H1 2027 by animating the different stakeholders.
- Participate in the deployment phase of our delivery tracking and dispute declaration solutions. Monitor indicators of Customer Satisfaction as well as the adoption of deployed solutions.
- Customer Service Activities & Development of the Premium Hub – 20% of the Internship
- Monitor performance indicators of Premium Customer Care: lead time, service level, dispute management, customer satisfaction and tool adoption.
- Contribute performance analyses and continuous improvement plans.
- Participate in steering bodies: quality, returns, Supply Chain activity and cross-functional projects.
- Participate in the operational management of the portfolio: – 20% of the Internship
- Ensure the daily monitoring of order processing and supply to guarantee the service level while optimizing coverage and activity level on the Croissy site.
