- Successful managerial experience in leading multi-site or remote teams is essential.
- Proven expertise in leather (classic and exotic leathers) is a strong prerequisite.

Languages
- Professional proficiency in Italian and French (required for multi-country coordination). Proficiency in Spanish is considered a valuable additional asset.
