- Minimum of 10 years+ relevant work experience in retail environment and with regional exposure
- Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative
- Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
- Organized; meeting deadlines
