- 5+ years of experience mini. in Product Management, Product Ownership, HR Technology or AI-enabled digital products.
- Proven experience working within Agile and cross-functional product teams.
- Experience collaborating with Data, Technology and business stakeholders.
- Experience delivering AI, analytics or data-driven products is highly valued.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and ability to frame their relevance for HR, talent and employee experience use cases.
- Experience identifying and framing business use cases and translating them into scalable digital or AI solutions.
- Ability to design conversational experiences, agent workflows and AI-assisted user journeys, with hands-on experience using platforms
- Ability to contribute to AI governance principles, ensuring quality, reliability, responsible use and alignment with business and HR priorities.
- Ability to embark various stakeholders and experts into the product vision
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, insights and user feedback to drive product decisions.
- Knowledge of Employee Experience ecosystems is a strong plus.
