You will join Group Procurement. Our mission is to increase AXA Group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend, while building a high performance and risk-managed supplier based. We have 2 different mandates, a global and corporate Procurement one.

The department / team

You will be part of the team AXA GO & GIE AXA Procurement Operations & Performance in charge of AXA GO & GIE AXA Vendor Risk. This team is in charge of managing Vendor Risk Framework, Regulatory compliance & reporting (DORA, Solvency 2) and coordinating Vendor audits, Procurement internal controls and audits for both AXA entities.

Job purpose

As the AXA GO & GIE AXA Vendor Risk Regulatory Lead, you will work in close collaboration with Group Risk, Group Procurement and AXA GO & GIE AXA Subject Matter Experts (Security, Compliance, Operational Resilience, Legal, Finance…) to ensure end to end source to contract process & vendor risk framework are compliant with any regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate the delivery of key DORA and Solvency II regulatory obligations, ensure the quality and traceability of vendor-risk data, and support the transition of program activities into a sustainable vendor risk operating model.

The role combines regulatory reporting, contract remediation follow-up, concentration-risk assessment, exit-strategy governance and cross-functional coordination with regulated entities, Procurement, Legal, Business Owners and subject-matter experts (SMEs).

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

• DORA Annual Register of Information (ROI) Reporting
  • Lead the collection, consolidation, and validation of data required for the AXA GO & GIE AXA annual Register of Information.
  • Support interactions with AXA regulated entities throughout the reporting cycle.
  • Monitor completion, data quality and issue resolution, and prepare management reporting and escalation materials when required.
  • Responsible for accurate & on-time delivery of AXA GO & GIE AXA ROI to ACPR regulator
• Concentration Risk and Exit Strategies
  • Review and validate DORA criticality qualification for contracts and Service Materiality Assessments under negotiation, and ensure incorrect qualifications are updated in the relevant systems.
  • For confirmed critical arrangements, coordinate with the Business Owner and/or Buyer the completion of concentration-risk calculation and record the outcome in AXA TPRM tool (ProcessUnity).
  • Where the outcome is Medium or High, advise the Business Owner and Buyer on the requirement to define an exit strategy and provide practical guidance when required.
  • Develop and document guidelines for Business Owners and establish a clear RACI between Business Owners and the Vendor Risk team.
  • Gather exit strategies information
• Contract Remediation
  • Drive DORA contract inventory and coordinate remediation activities with Procurement, Legal and Business teams.
  • Set-up and monitor regulatory important/critical vendors & associated contracts and gaps versus regulatory standards. Design status updates and share with AXA entities
  • Monitor remediation progress and action plan and update governance and management reporting dashboards.
• Regulatory Requests
  • Coordinate responses to requests from European regulators (BAFIN, PRA, ACPR…) of other AXA regulated entities, collect and consolidate supporting evidence, and coordinate contributions from relevant stakeholders.
• Solvency II ACOR
  • Drive & ensure Outsourcing qualification process
  • Responsible for AXA GO & GIE AXA Outsourcing critical deals reporting to AXA Executive Governance
  • Lead ACOR annual reporting cycle, coordinate data collection and quality reviews, and prepare project planning and reporting materials.
  • Responsible for accurate & on-time delivery of AXA GO & GIE AXA ACOR reporting to Group Procurement & regulator
• Cross-functional simplification and automation
  • Actively contribute and proactively propose simplification and automation initiatives to streamline data collection, improve data quality and reliability, support recurring annual reporting cycles, and enable efficient responses to ad hoc regulatory reporting requests (ProcessUnity, Product & Contract database, Contract life Cycle tool...)
  • Drive continuous training & information to AXA GO & GIE AXA & Group procurement teams on vendor risk processes and in particular regulatory requirements

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

• A least 15 years’ experience in procurement completed with vendor risk/risk management or audit, consulting experience ideally.
• Experience applying regulatory requirements (DORA, Solvency 2) to third-party governance & management.
• Experience coordinating complex, data-driven deliverables across multiple functions, entities and countries; experience in financial services, insurance or banking is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile multiple data sources, identify inconsistencies, assess data quality, and translate findings into clear actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including mapping and reconciling multiple Excel-based data sources, using lookups, pivot tables, formulas and data-quality controls to support reliable reporting.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles, ad hoc regulatory requests, multiple contributors, and competing deadlines.
• Proven ability to produce clear, complete and audit-ready documentation, including processes, guidelines, evidence packs, governance materials, RACI matrices and action plans.
• Sound judgement and discipline in monitoring issues, raising alerts and escalating risks, delays or data-quality concerns to the appropriate governance level.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
