- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Product Management or in a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in the role and in the fashion industry;
- An experience in industrialization of leather is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of materials (Leather and Fabric) and of production processes;
- Strong attention to new trends and research;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and Model Form is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details and high level of accuracy;.
- Problem solving;
- Flexibility and pro-activity;
- Good knowledge of Italian and English;
- Team working;
- Passion for Fashion and Luxury.
