As part of the RIMOWA global marketing team, you will report to the Global Social Media Manager. Together, you will develop the influence and brand awareness of RIMOWA through our social media channels, working also closely with our local teams in APAC, China, Japan, Americas, and EMEA, and alongside the Social Media Coordinator.
Missions :
ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANCE
- Assist the planning of engaging content for RIMOWA’s social media platforms, incl. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Assist the Social Media Coordinator to manage RIMOWA’s social media editorial calendar in close collaboration with the creative team
- Monitor trends and talent profiles to share for enhancement of RIMOWA’s social media presence, especially on Instagram and TikTok
- Follow and support the Product team, by updating roadmaps on a bi-weekly basis.
- Support the rollout of product launches and collaborations on all social media channels
- Prepare monthly organic social media performance reports shared with senior leadership
- Support the preparation of social media FAQs for new product launches and collaborations
- Monitor public comments together with community manager
PAID SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANCE
- Assist in the coordination of any additional boosting with RIMOWA organic content
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the preparation of campaign influence and talent briefs, reports and activation presentations
- Creation of competitor and digital innovation/trend benchmarks
- Support the preparation of listening reports to evaluate sentiment on all social media channels
Profile :
- Master Student in Marketing / Business / Communication (BAC +4/5)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills required, any other language is a plus
- Microsoft Office Master (PPTX, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of Social Media Business Managers (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Passion for social media and digital trends, affinity towards Travel / Art / Fashion
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive team player with strong attention to detail
