A Day in the Life
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced member to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Implementing a comprehensive digital communication strategy consistent with international brand guidelines and local business objectives.
- Develop a strategic vision for deploying communication resources across various digital channels.
- Conduct consumer insight research through social listening, and analyzing data from media, forums, and social media platforms.
- Implement the brand’s media strategy across all relevant channels, including online publications, social media, and other emerging platforms, ensuring 360° communication.
- Drive PR initiatives, including press releases, media unboxing campaigns, and strategic PR seeding.
• KOL Management & Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers relevant to the brand and target audience.
- Develop and execute KOL campaigns, including contract negotiation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends and best practices.
• Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute major brand events and product launches, managing all aspects from concept development to post-event analysis.
- Manage event budgets and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Content Creation & Management:
- Develop creative, high-quality, and brand-appropriate content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital communication efforts.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Brand Reputation Management:
- Proactively monitor online conversations and sentiments related to the brand.
- Assist in managing potential crises and protecting the brand's reputation online.
We Are Looking For
• Solid experience in digital communication, with a focus on the beauty/luxury or fashion industry.
• Proven experience in KOL management and event planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about public relations and the beauty/luxury industry.
• High sense of luxury or fashion.
• Strong connections with media and beauty & fashion opinion leaders.
