Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid background in Network Operations / NOC environments and field deployments, with experience working in the Asia region and delivering retail or boutique network projects.
- Hands-on network engineering and configuration experience with Meraki and Huawei equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and RADIUS, including network architecture and topology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex technical environment.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset suited for a multicultural, multi-entity environment, comfortable working both remotely and on site.
- Relevant network certifications are preferred; experience in Huawei is a strong plus.
