- Master's Degree or final-year student in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, Controlling, Finance, Data Analysis or similar areas.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis). Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Interest in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, SuccessFactors or other HR systems would be considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn along with teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Fluent Italian and English.
