• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners
Risk Management
• Ensure all processing are in line with risk framework
• Ensure employee has understood and will abide by the responsibilities set out in the Governance Manual as well as ensure compliance with Group Code of Conduct, and the local regulators Statements of Principle and Code of Practice for Regulated roles
Governance
• To perform specific duties as instructed by the team manager in accordance to the relevant procedures, guidelines, instructions and standards set in order to meet the productivity and service standards set.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
• Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in China/Cash Operation GBS CN/FCY Outward Team；Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);
• To assist the Manager in the daily operations to achieve service quality by meeting/ exceeding service standards and achieving zero defect for Cash Management Operations
• To discharge operational duties of the Cash Management Operations
• To perform specific duties as instructed by the team manager in accordance to the relevant procedures, guidelines, instructions and standards set in order to meet the productivity and service standards set.
• To support the development of the Cash Management Operations processing systems to meet local and business needs and more importantly in meeting the needs of the clients.
• To implement quality initiatives and activities of the division in accordance to the Group’s Quality System.

• Cash FCY Document examination
• FCY remittance processing
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
• Training: Good communication skills
• Languages: Fluent language in Mandarin, English
