RoleThe FCCM Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of Financial Crime Compliance solutions, ensuring that keyregulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Name Screening, and Transaction Monitoring aredelivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.The role is accountable for proactively identifying, monitoring, managing, and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies across all stakeholders,ensuring appropriate governance and effective decision-making. The Delivery Lead provides timely visibility of critical matters to DigitalManagement and drives their resolution and is responsible for ensuring that project reporting is produced accurately and on schedule, providingfaithful representation of project status.

What you'll be doing

Lead and coordinate FCCM projects and initiatives from requirements gathering to production deployment.Collaborate with Group and Local Compliance, and local IT teams to deliver according the business requirements. With the support of functional and technical experts, translate business and regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications.Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with internal governance standards.Coordinate testing activities (SIT, UAT, Regression Testing), generate reports and tight monitoring of issues resolution.Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.Drive continuous improvement of FCCM processes and controls.

What you'll need to succeed

Banking SW Application architectureBanking Market Package lifecycle managementProven Experience in managing market package products and setup of internal competence centerKnowledge of Compliance and anti-Financial Crime processes (Customer screening, Transaction screening, Transactions monitoring etc.) isrecommended.Budget ManagementAbility to perform under stressful conditionsStrong project management skills (planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and reporting on project activitiesAgile and waterfall approach experienceAbility to drive moderate to complex cross-organizational initiativesStrong negotiation skills in a competing variety of stakeholders and prioritiesStrong analytical, process management and reporting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResults driven and accountability mindedKnowledge of agile principles, tools (e.g. JIRA) and practical experience is mandatoryStakeholder Management, Change Management, Team management, Strategic Thinking.Financial institution products and business knowledge
