Team / division overview

The Deputy Head of AFC & Compliance Luxembourg supports the Head of AFC & Compliance Luxembourg in providing independent second-line oversight and advisory services across DWS' Luxembourg platform, including one of the largest Management Companies in Luxembourg.

The role helps ensure that Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance risks are appropriately identified, assessed, governed, reported and remediated in line with Luxembourg, European and DWS internal requirements.

The position is fully integrated into the global DWS AFC & Compliance organisation and acts as a senior local point of contact for regulators, senior management, boards and internal governance bodies regarding AFC and Compliance matters.
