This is a middle office role supporting the smooth and timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents from the front to back office. The team is also the point of contact for the Front, supporting them with operational queries and documentation.In addition he/she will have chance to participate in various projects like system enhancement projects & other business projects from time to time. He/she will also have to continuously explore opportunities for process & efficiency improvements in the areas under his/her care.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
- Assist Front office in resolving operational issues as being the first point of contact between Front Office and Operations
- Conduct independent verification with private clients
- Perform 1st level check and review on client’s instruction and documentations
- Commit to enquiries related to banking transaction and documentations from the internal client
- Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks
- Handling general administration duties within the team, including data maintenance, reporting, and team coordination

- Capable of independent problem-solving with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure and consistently meets service-level timelines
- Strong team orientation with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and adept at multitasking
Professional and Technical
- Diploma/Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth management or financial services
- Private banking background is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin is a must
- Strong client-focused approach is highly preferred
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and experience with AI tools is preferred
