【職務内容/ Job Description】
To support the execution of specific IT audit assignments within AXA Japan and the broader AXA Group, supporting the Board and Executive Management in safeguarding the organization’s assets, reputation, and long-term sustainability. This is achieved by delivering independent and objective assurance activities that add value and enhance operational effectiveness.
【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】
Language:• Clear written and spoken Japanese. • Proficiency of the English language of at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is expected.
Experience: • Proven experience in the IT field• Internal audit experience and qualifications is an advantage• Ability to analyse data sets through Excel, PowerBI or other analytic tools (as an advantage)• International experience in a multinational environment an advantage

【賃金】現年収、能力、経験に応じて当社規定により優遇【勤務時間】 9:00～17:00（休憩12:00～13:00） フレックスタイムあり
【勤務地/ Work Location】
（雇入れ直後）白金本社（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所へ異動を命じることがある。
