Your work profile
- We are looking for a skilled full stack development with 8+ years of strong experience with a strong focus on Java and React JS.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate and extensive experience with front-end technologies, including React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Key skills required:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
- Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in wholesale credit risk.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyses requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
