What will your typical day look like?Working closely with business, talent, and Growth leaders, you will develop and execute integrated communications strategies that strengthen our brand, support business priorities, enhance the employee and candidate experience, and elevate our impact in the communities we serve.
You can expect to:
- Lead cross functional projects including communications plans and brand strategies that align with Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda's business, talent, and community priorities.
- Drive the firm's digital communications presence, overseeing social media, website content, SEO, AEO, and GEO, and content governance to enhance visibility, engagement, and audience experience.
- Partner with leaders to create communications that promote thought leadership, key business initiatives, employer brand objectives, and market growth opportunities.
- Coach and develop team members to deliver client service excellence.
About the teamOur Growth and Purpose team is focused on helping Deloitte grow and make an impact that matters in our marketplace and community. Growth is a dedicated, full-service, cross-border marketing and communications team that delivers innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives across the Caribbean and Bermuda region.
You are someone with:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in strategic communications, marketing, content strategy, and brand management; preferably within professional services or a similarly complex organization.
- Strong project management experience, including developing and executing integrated communications strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media, website governance, content management, SEO/AEO/GEO, analytics platforms, and digital content optimization best practices. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be preferred.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, team members, and projects, with a collaborative and proactive approach to building effective relationships across teams.
