Selection Process:
We believe in giving everyone an equal opportunity to showcase their potential. Once you submit your application and resume, selected candidates will be invited for a 30-minute Zoom interview to assess their motivation and commitment. Following the interview, chosen candidates will be invited to a full day session of skill testing. This bench test will allow us to evaluate your practical skills, dexterity, and attention to detail.
