- Diploma / Certificate in Security Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Security management or related fields in Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Safety and Security regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent level of both written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for excellence, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a dedication to delivering exceptional safety and security results.
- Knowledge of fire and life safety systems and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and other security technologies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
