Join our collaborative and dynamic Middle Office team as a Corporate Actions Senior Associate. Our team plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely support to clients and stakeholders while managing a broad range of corporate actions across global markets. What role will you play?
In this role, you will be responsible for researching, processing, instructing, and reconciling all corporate action events across global markets and products within Aladdin, while assessing associated risk implications. You will partner closely with Front Office, Legal, Fund Accounting, Data & Pricing, Reconciliations, custodians, and Investment Managers to interpret event announcements, communicate corporate actions, and ensure accurate entitlement processing and settlement. You will drive process improvement initiatives, support business change projects and client onboarding, and manage proxy voting, class action, and fund accounting-related queries.What you offer
• 2-4 years’ experience in financial services operations, preferably within a Corporate Actions team at a global custodian or asset manager, with a proven track record of accuracy, quality, and results delivery.• Strong risk awareness and escalation management skills, with the ability to understand underlying processes and make sound operational decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across multiple teams and functions.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently manage complex or non-standard events and drive process improvements where opportunities arise.
• Demonstrative knowledge of financial markets and portfolio accounting, with experience in industry platforms such as Aladdin, Bloomberg, Reuters, Markit, EaglePace, SQL databases, Omgeo CTM, Alert, MarkitWire, ICE Link, DTCC, or GTSS considered advantageous; a tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline is advantageous.
