The Client Services & Support Change Readiness team helps deliver operational and strategic change with our people and customers in mind. We support teams across Banking and Financial Services by ensuring new systems, processes and initiatives are understood, adopted and embedded successfully. As a Change Readiness Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-volume change initiatives, working under the guidance of the Readiness Lead and Senior Managers and working closely with senior stakeholders., You will be completing impact assessments, delivering change communications, raising risks and progress tracking while helping teams adapt to change and achieve successful outcomes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by developing and enhancing change tools and templates by building out a best-practice library of AI-optimised tools and templates.
What you offer
- 2–3 years’ of experience coordinating and delivering business change initiatives and readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to assess impacts, manage risks and solve problems proactively.
- Experience developing communications, learning materials and adoption support resources.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and the effective use of AI and digital tools.
- Professional certification in change management (such as Prosci or APMG) is highly desirable.
