Engineers at this level work alongside senior engineers and architects across the full arc of AI product delivery — from long-horizon strategic initiatives to hands-on field engagements that embed directly with Lines of Business. You bring production experience building and maintaining real software in real environments, and you are actively growing your depth in AI and automation. This role is for engineers who take ownership seriously, are proactive about staying current with emerging technologies, and are eager to contribute to work that has direct business impact from day one.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. The company does not sponsor/support H-1B petitions, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT, for this role.
What Will You Do?
- Contribute to the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions across a range of engagement types, working with limited direction from senior engineers and taking active ownership of assigned work through to production.
- Leverage enterprise AI capabilities including large language models, agentic workflows, cloud computing services (AWS/Azure), and container orchestration (Kubernetes) to build solutions that address real business problems.
- Actively participate in application and solution design discussions — contributing meaningfully to architecture and engineering decisions alongside architects, product owners, and senior engineers.
- Adhere to and advance engineering practices including source code management, test automation, CI/CD standards, and modern engineering principles, with an expectation of operational ownership over delivered assets.
- Engage with LOB stakeholders to develop domain knowledge relevant to assigned work, building an understanding of the business context behind the problems being solved.
- Support teammates within your domain, participate actively in code reviews, and share knowledge in a way that is discoverable and accessible across the team.
- Proactively stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and software engineering — applying new skills to deliverables and sharing learnings with the team.

- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
