BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.

To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

As a Global Benefits Manager, you will manage and evolve BCG’s employee benefits programs across multiple regions, with a focus on health, life, disability, and business travel coverage. You will bring deep benefits expertise and strong analytical judgment to ensure programs remain competitive, well-governed, compliant, and responsive to evolving business and employee needs.

As part of the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, you will manage complex benefits programs and initiatives, turn data and market insights into practical recommendations, and drive improvements across processes and the employee benefits experience. You will work closely with global and regional colleagues and external partners, providing guidance on complex benefits matters and helping shape consistent approaches across markets.

What You'll Bring

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of BCG’s Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, working with colleagues across regions to shape and deliver high-quality benefits programs. You will partner closely with global, regional, and local HR and Finance teams, bringing benefits expertise and practical recommendations to complex program and operational decisions.

You will also build productive relationships with benefits brokers, insurers, and other external partners, working together to manage renewals, address emerging issues, and improve program performance. Across these relationships, you will help connect global priorities with local needs and drive greater consistency and effectiveness in how benefits are delivered.

Additional info

At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person collaboration plays an important role in our culture, mentorship, and professional development.

For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.

We aim to provide a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters connection and teamwork
