What You'll Do
As a Global Benefits Manager, you will manage and evolve BCG’s employee benefits programs across multiple regions, with a focus on health, life, disability, and business travel coverage. You will bring deep benefits expertise and strong analytical judgment to ensure programs remain competitive, well-governed, compliant, and responsive to evolving business and employee needs.
As part of the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, you will manage complex benefits programs and initiatives, turn data and market insights into practical recommendations, and drive improvements across processes and the employee benefits experience. You will work closely with global and regional colleagues and external partners, providing guidance on complex benefits matters and helping shape consistent approaches across markets.
- Manage the delivery, review, and improvement of global benefits programs across multiple regions.
- Lead benchmarking, cost, and claims analyses to shape plan design, renewal, and wellbeing recommendations.
- Assess insurance contracts and plan documentation, identifying opportunities to improve value and manage risk.
- Lead global program renewals, partnering with brokers and insurers to drive high-quality outcomes.
- Translate benefits data and market developments into practical insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to address complex benefits issues, manage costs, and improve program delivery.
- Drive improvements to benefits processes, documentation, governance, and the MyBenefits digital experience.
- Identify and manage program risks while supporting alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
- You bring 6- 8+ years of experience in benefits management, broking, or consulting.
- You have deep knowledge of employee benefits, insured programs, and insurance market practices.
- You use strong analytical skills and judgment to turn complex data into practical recommendations.
- You bring advanced Excel skills and experience developing clear, decision-focused presentations.
- You confidently manage complex priorities and programs across a global, matrixed environment.
- You communicate effectively with diverse audiences and influence decisions through clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- You have experience with digital benefits platforms and identifying opportunities to improve employee experience.
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of BCG’s Global Benefits Centre of Expertise, working with colleagues across regions to shape and deliver high-quality benefits programs. You will partner closely with global, regional, and local HR and Finance teams, bringing benefits expertise and practical recommendations to complex program and operational decisions.
You will also build productive relationships with benefits brokers, insurers, and other external partners, working together to manage renewals, address emerging issues, and improve program performance. Across these relationships, you will help connect global priorities with local needs and drive greater consistency and effectiveness in how benefits are delivered.
