Program overview:

Our 2027 Summer Internship Program runs for 9 weeks, starting on Monday, June 7th and finishing on Friday, August 6th.  This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the Asset Management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders.  We are only accepting applications from students in their Junior Year, graduating in 2028.

We are looking for proactive and adaptable individuals who display robust numerical and analytical skills and a strong work ethic. You should be curious about financial markets, comfortable working with data and digital tools, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication, a collaborative spirit, and a logical approach to solving problems are essential. Recruitment process:

 

  1. Online application form

  2. Stage 1 Cognitive Online Assessment

  3. Stage 2 Behavioural and Motivational Assessment 

  4. Stage 3 Work Simulation and Video Interview 

  5. Virtual Final Interviews with the Business 

Candidates should be available to start the internship on June 7th and work through August 6th, 2027.  This will be onsite in the New York City office 3x a week on a hybrid working model.  Housing not provided, but a stipend will be provided to those outside of the tristate area.
