Your Role and Impact
As a Senior Associate / Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering advisory and tax solutions to a broad range of clients. You’ll identify opportunities, analyse documentation, and craft claims that create significant value. You’ll also collaborate with specialists across the firm, expand your technical knowledge, and help shape new services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess client eligibility for R&D and other incentives; gather and analyse supporting documentation.
- Prepare and review claims, calculations, filings, and deliverables, including tax forms, memos, and executive summaries.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, and propose process improvements and new service offerings.
- Build relationships across client teams and Deloitte practices, guide juniors, and coordinate day-to-day workstreams.
- Present findings to stakeholders and support clients with audit responses as needed.

What We’re Looking For / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Science, IT, or a related field. A STEM background such as computing or software engineering is highly valued.
- Experience with Singapore economic agencies or incentive/grant applications is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in a Big Four, public accounting, or law firm environment is preferred.
- Meticulous and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Strong team player who can also work independently in a high-performing environment.
