Every web page, notification, help article, statement and customer communication depends on content that is accurate, trusted and available when it is needed. Our Content and Communications team is responsible for the platforms that create, govern and deliver this information across Macquarie’s banking experiences. We are bringing together a fragmented technology estate to build a simpler, better-governed ecosystem in which content can be safely reused across customer communications and power the future of our agentic banking experiences. As Director of Product for Content and Communications, you will lead the strategy and transformation of this ecosystem. You will treat content, correspondence and customer communications as data: establishing governance that works for complex, unstructured information while building the pipelines that make it accessible to AI agents, customer knowledge services and automated communications.What you offer
- Extensive experience governing content, communications or unstructured data in a regulated or similarly complex environment.
- Strong technical and systems thinking, with the ability to shape data pipelines, platform architecture and practical AI applications rather than only sponsor them.
- Experience simplifying fragmented technology estates and defining strategies for enterprise content-management, knowledge or customer-communications platforms, including the Adobe ecosystem.
- A record of leading complex strategic initiatives independently and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, technology and risk.
- Sound commercial judgement and product leadership experience, with the ability to connect platform investment and governance decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
